Justice Kathawalla passes order against Young Ratheshtras for corrupt campaigning practices!

Kersi Randeria appeared in Person on behalf of Arnavaz Mistry as her ‘friend’. The order recorded:

*The Trustees of Young Rathestars, their representatives, volunteers, helpers attending to the poor Parsis on 1 July 2018 at Dadar Madressa Hall will not ask for any of the Applications/poor Parsis to produce their registration certificate/ ID proof required for the purpose of casting their vote for the election of the Trustees of the BPP Ams shall not suggest or direct them to vote for any candidate contesting the election of the Trustee also to be held on 1st July 2018.*
