KAIKHUSHRU IRANI SWINDLES CHARITY FUNDS OF HIS OWN SISTER HOMAI

Mrs. Homai Irani, a recipient of charity doles every quarter from Rusi Mehta’s Trust, has sent a letter dated 20th June 2022 allleging that her mother Puran and brother Kaikhushru have documents of her residence and do fraud signature of hers in their joint account if any cheque in her name comes in the joint account and withdraws the amount.

She further alleges that they have a fake Doctor’s letter which is misused by them to apply for medical, poverty and educational help in her children’s name. She admits that she gets help from Dinshaw Mehta trust but till today she has not received any help and she does not even know the amount which she gets from Dinshaw Mehta Trust as it is collected by her mother under a letter of authority allegedly signed by her but again a fraudulent signature.

She admits that her mother Puran also gets charity help from his Trust as also collects on behalf of some blind lady Dolly who expired long back by making a fraudulent authority letter on her behalf. She requests not to encourage fraud and criminal minded people as her son is a criminal advocate.

She ends with a request not to give her doles to her mother or her brother Kaikhushru Sam Irani.
