Dorab Mehta’s academic achievement
Dorab Mehta, son of Dilnavaz and Minoo Mehta and a resident of Dadar Parsi colony in Mumbai; passed his I.B. exams (equivalent to 12th standard) with excellent marks securing 43 marks out of a total of 45 marks scoring 95.5%. He secured his rank as the school topper with his brilliant score.
Dorab has been a consistent academic achiever through his school days and was even awarded a merit scholarship in IBDP by his school. His other achievements include being the house captain and school head boy in addition to other extracurricular achievements such as being the secretary General of MUN and representing the school at various forums.
He attributes his success in the present examination to perseverance and hard work. He says his heart-felt desire to perform well was the reason for him being able to do well in the tough and demanding IBDP course.
Of course, he also had to work smartly and schedule his study time between this intensive course and his preparations for law entrance exams which he also aced with a percentile of 94.5 (scoring 474 out of 480 marks ) securing him admission to some of the best law colleges in India including Jindal Global Law school which is ranked 3rd nationally and number one in the Q.S. World ranking.
