Xerxes steps down in 2022 with the Rest of the Trustees to ensure he saves the Community Rs. 40 lakhs in election cost by having elections for all 7 seats together – FULFILLED

To Remove the Rs. 750 increase in Service Charges that was forcefully imposed on beneficiaries – FULFILLED

To ensure we have an Independent Election Commission at our BPP elections- FULFILLED

To Restart the Auction of Flats under the Refundable Deposit Scheme to generate Revenue for the BPP- FULFILLED

To Create a Consultative Committee of Stalwarts and Experts from within our community to provide advice to the BPP- FULFILLED

To Reduce the term of a Trustee from 7 years to 5 years- FULFILLED
