Zerick is a triple Gold Medalist from Mumbai University. Zerick’s practice covers diverse areas of Corporate, Commercial and Regulatory disputes. Zerick is representing a number of clients in the manufacturing, engineering, Port, Infrastructure and Mining Sectors. Zerick’s practice involves representing clients before various Courts like the Supreme Court, High Courts, Statutory Tribunals and Regulators including the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
Zerick writes for various national newspapers and publications on Corporate, Commercial and Competition Law. He is a regular speaker at events organised by Economic Times, VC Circle, Indian Merchant Chambers, Corporate Knowledge Foundation, the World Zoroastrian Chamber of Commerce, Athornan Mandal, etc. He is a columnist with the Bombay Stock Exchange Brokers Forum where he writes on various securities market related issues.
He also writes regularly for the Community newspaper, “Jame Jamshed” in his column “Legally Speaking”, where he answers to legal queries posed by members of the Community. He has represented the Community before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court and the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in the case against Mumbai Metro Corporation concerning the Wadiaji & Anjuman Atash Behrams.
Zerick has received an award for ‘Outstanding Zaruthushti Young Entrepreneur and Professional of the Year 2017’ from the World Zoroastrian Chamber of Commerce. He is a Member of the Law Committee of Indian Merchant Chambers. Zerick is also an ordained Priest having recently completed his Priesthood at the Vatcha Gandhi Fire Temple.
