CHIEF ELECTION COMMISSIONER GIVES VOTING DETAILS OF EACH VOTING CENTRE

The community will recall that in the Parsi Junction issue No. 137 of 12th June 2022, Dinshaw Mehta on behalf of and at request of Parsi Junction had written to the CEC, Commodore Aspi Marker requesting his team to send details of voting figures of each candidate from each of the five voting centres which tallied with the final result.

Parsi Junction in its Issue No. 136 of 5TH June 2022 had published a detailed vote count secured by each candidate in each of the five voting centres obtained from the candidates representatives present at each center. However due to inadvertent error in compiling each voting center tally in the case of three candidates through the representatives of the candidates present at each center who complained to Parsi Junction about the error, the CEC was requested for an official data of votes secured by each candidate at each voting centre so that the community and the candidate are well informed for future campaigning in these elections.

CEC as per protocall has now forwarded the voting details of all 15 candidates at each of the five centres which is reproduced below:
