1. His Late father Shiavax Dinshaw Nargolwala a stalwart in the Parsi Community and his influence on young Adil
2. Stint in the Motorsport world as a young teenager
3. His passion in endurance sport and the only Indian to have done all the Triathlon events in one calendar year and run a marathon in all the continents
4. On work life balance and family support
5. His service towards the community as a trustee of the Delhi Parsi Anjuman
